30-Day Free Return Policy

We offer a 30-day free return policy for items in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To generate a return label, please enter your order information below for your location. Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Please be aware that certain types of items, such as personalized bags and gift cards, cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14 DAYS RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we receive your return at our warehouse, it will be inspected. We will notify you if your return is approved. Once everything is processed, you will be refunded through your original payment method. The refund process can take up to 2 weeks after clearance through our warehouse, depending on the payment provider.
